Our users enjoy the existing end-to-end encryption that comes with platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram. At RELE.AI we push privacy further by adhering to a strict no data policy. This means that any information (text, images, files, etc) that flows through our bot to your CRM or other central system is not recorded. We process everything in server memory and promptly delete it once it is saved in your central system.
